STAMM EXECUTIVE ELECTED NEW PISFA PRESIDENT
We are humbly proud to announce that our President and General Manager, Doris Torres has been elected unanimously to preside over PISFA, Philippine International Seafreight Forwarders Association.
Doris is a founding member of STAMM INTERNATIONAL back in 1984. She brings to the Association a great wealth of experience and expertise and thus serving the freight forwarding and logistics industry to reach higher level of quality and professionalism. We congratulate and wish her much success
Born in Zambales on 12th February 1963 as second to the youngest child of Wenceslao Pimentel an Aircraft Mechanic and Leoncia Concepcion, a Grade School Teacher. A graduate of the University of the East with a BS in Business Administration, major Management she joined HANIEL, a German Multinational as an intern in its Philippines Representative office which in 1984 was taken over by the new start up STAMM International
Committed to the vision and mission of the company she attended several Trainings and Seminars both in the Philippines and abroad. She is a beneficiary of the Training of Trainers conducted by UNESCAP, a certified trainer in Multimodal Transport and served several years as a Director of the Philippine International Seafreight Forwarders Association (PISFA) as the Training and Education Chairperson and until recently also as Director of AFPI Aircargo Forwarders Association of the Philippines.
Doris is married to trucking entrepreneur June Torres and the mother of a teenage son.
