23rd May 2026 ANNUAL MANAGEMENT REVIEW

As every year the performance, results are reviewed. The department teams
come together for an awareness exercise on where we stand and where we
are going. In focus of discussion was again innovation and communication, something
which will never leave us. This year the chairman added the need for resilience
In view of world situation and local conditions we do have challenges but: “We are
strong and want to keep it that way” he said.  Awareness and vigilance is especially
called for when we deal with potential cyber attacks and all kind of fraudulent online
activities.  As far as financial results are concerned we are thankful for the same
steady development over the long period of almost 25 years we are keeping statistics.
