Women’s Day

It is often said that the Philippines is  a matriarch society. We at Stamm from the very beginning always had a majority of women in management and staff. Women’s leadership are part of our success. The Magna Carta for women signed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on 14th August 2009 was therefore in effect with us long before its implementation. 
Yet this year’s respecting and honoring of women had a special significance at STAMM. Four dedicated women leaders, part of our team since the beginning entered into the honorable status of retirement. What we appreciate most they will continue to be active in our company as senior advisors and consultants continuing  to carry responsibilities focusing on mentoring the younger ones. 
Rebecca Pimentel (Director and Corporate Secretary), Evelyne Velasco (Chief Accountant), Josefina Sillona (Manager Quality Control) and Mabelle Bagtas (Business Development) now Operations Manager of our CSR Partner NACSEARelief. We thank you for decades of loyal collaboration  and continuation of services and dedication to the STAMM family. 
In the Philippines the 2025 Women’s Month theme is: “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Angst Ang bukas sa Bagon Pilipinas” highlighting the importance of empowering women across all sectors.
